Cleanroom at Sun Tech, Bangalore
An NRI funded company placed order with Felcon CDI for Cleanroom.
This facility is for molding and packaging of QFN package.
August 2006
Cleanroom at Bosch, Bangalore.
Robert Bosch, India at Bangalore recently inaugurated its
Cleanroom. The Cleanroom project was designed and executed
by Felcon CDI in association with Four-C-Tron. The company
will use the new facility to test its integrated circuits
and semiconductor components. The facility conforms to the
Class 100,000 and has the capability to be upgraded to Class
1000.
June 2006
Sun Simulator installed in NSTDA, Thailand.
Four-C-Tron engineers installed Spire Sun Simulator at National
Science and Technology Development Agency, Thailand. The NSTDA
will use the Sun Simulator for testing the finished solar
modules.

EmmVee Solar installs 12 MW Spire Module line
EmmVee Solar, based in Bangalore, India, recently installed
a turn key solar module manufacturing line of 12 MW capacity.
Spire Corporation, USA supplied the equipments and process
know-how. Engineers from Four-C-Tron and Spire installed and
commissioned this plant.

ISRO orders wire bonder from F&K Delvotec
ISRO, Bangalore orders semiautomatic gold ball wire bonder
from F&K Delvotec. This wire bonder has patented inbuilt bond
process controller for reliable bonding and it will be used
for hybrid circuit manufacturing.
