Turnkey production line to process mono and multi-crystalline
wafers to PV cells covering layout planning, installation
and training. The equipments include diffusion furnace, screen
printer, firing furnace, plasma etcher, wet etch station,
PECVD, ellipsometer and cell sorter.
  
Module line
Turnkey solar module production line - cell tester, cell stringer/tabber/assembler,
laminator, solar module tester and Laser cutter.
 
Materials
Wafer, cell, quartzware, acids, etchants, EVA, Tedlar, Interconnect,
busbar, junction box, and glass sheet.
